Holly Mtn. Enterprises sells Run-In stores

Southeastern Acquisition Advisors is honored to announce the successful sale of Holly Mountain Enterprises’ Run-In stores.

The stores were purchased by Raymer Oil of Troutman, North Carolina.

Holly Mtn. Enterprises, based in Wilkesboro, North Carolina, was started by Robert Ashley in 1992. The company has a longstanding history of community involvement, with a particular emphasis on supporting Veterans. The ten c-stores, known as the Run-Ins, have been a staple of the communities they serve. Many of the locations have been operating even before Holly Mtn was originally founded. Holly Mtn. will continue to operate their supermarket and restaurant businesses.

Southeastern is honored to have represented and assisted Holly Mtn. in starting its next chapter as a company.
