Many companies will charge large upfront retainers and/or expensive monthly fees. Our retainer is kept to a minimum with the lion's share of the fee being paid at closing.

We limit the number of engagements we have at any given time so as to stay focused on your business sale.

• Confidentiality and discretion

Your business information will not be released to any prospective buyers until they have gone through a rigorous pre-approval and screening process with our company, including a non-disclosure agreement, personal financial statement, buyer resume/profile and interview.
