Southeastern is honored to announce the sale of The Whalen Corporation stores

The Whalen Corporation, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has sold its gas stations to Refuel Operating Company. The Whalen Corporation is known for their independent stores with branded fuel, in the Raleigh metro area and has an excellent reputation for strong local community engagement. Southeastern Advisors was proud to represent and assist The Whalen Corporation as a seller-client engagement in this transaction.

Refuel, based in Charleston, SC, owns 195 gas stations across five states. This acquisition marks their 13th since 2019.
